FINDING JOYFUL MOVEMENT is an all gender TALK THERAPY support group for people who want to make exercise a consistent practice. Through talking, reading, journaling, and other activities members of this group can expect to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of their own body, how to take care of it, and how to find joyful movement on a consistent basis.

Anyone who lives in the states of CA or NY who wants to start moving their body more and could use support
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I offer flexible pricing: $25-125 per session, with a commitment to attend and pay for each session of the group. I strongly believe that money shouldn’t be a barrier to therapy! When you sign up for a consultation we will talk about what works for your budget.
I also can provide a super bill for insurance reimbursement and I am IN-NETWORK with United Healthcare and Aetna.
