If this is relatable, then this PROCESS GROUP IS FOR YOU.

EXISTENTIALLY

STUCK

AN ONGOING PROCESS GROUP FOR ANYONE WHO HAS EVER FELT STUMPED BY THE QUESTION “WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE?”

You did everything ‘right.’

You try to be a good person.

You want your life to feel meaningful, but you often find yourself feeling directionless, disconnected, and dissatisfied. You’ve done a lot of work on yourself, but still find that you are repeating the same patterns and behaviors that create distress or keep you stuck.

Those feelings can be healed. These patterns can be changed.

And that healing can happen in a process therapy group.

A space to think out loud — with others who get it.

Process groups are different from individual therapy. They're held with a small group of people (usually 5–8), guided by a licensed therapist. The power is in the room — hearing others voice the same fears you've kept to yourself changes things in a way that’s sometimes difficult to explain.

We'll explore meaning, identity, values, direction, and what it means to be human. We’ll also practice being honest open, brave, and vulnerable - in a group everyone will support and challenge each other to get to the heart of what they want, and what stops them from going after it.

Talking through these big issues, and speaking thoughts out loud that you’ve never shared before, helps us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and what we truly want.

You may be surviving, but are ready to start thriving.

This group is for people who are functioning, capable, maybe even doing "fine" — but privately wondering if this is it, or what’s next, or just feeling existentially stuck.
