Let’s introduce our therapy practice…
WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE
Unlike how therapy has been portrayed in the mainstream, we are anything but cold and impersonal. Our therapists, Caitlin Steitzer LCSW and Rebecca Vigil AMFT, both come from backgrounds in the performing and creative arts, and use their lived experience to make therapy a safe, inviting, and sometimes even fun place to explore yourself and your patterns.
We also deeply believe that the hour we spend in session is wonderful and sacred, but the real test for if therapy is effective is how you are feeling and what you are doing in-between therapy. We are called “GOOD PRACTICE” for a reason - we know meaningful change takes time, patience, and practice. Through individual, couples, and group therapy we help you commit to your healing and change for the long-term.
Our job as therapists is to help you (re)discover your inner wisdom, your deepest wants, dreams, hopes, and needs, and to travel alongside you as you create the roadmap for how you will get the life you see for yourself.
