Good Practice Therapy provides individual, couples, and group therapy for those looking for a non judgemental space to move from surviving to thriving.

In addition to traditional talk therapy for residents of California and New York, we specialize in community care events designed to help foster connection and fight isolation.

Our approach to to the work is patient, non-judgmental, rooted in liberation theory and anti-oppressive practices, LGBTQIA+ affirming, poly/ENM friendly, sex positive, and practical. We offer modalities like traditional talk therapy, more body-based or experiential therapies like EMDR, and support groups to learn skills and process emotions.

At Good Practice Therapy, we believe everyone has the capacity for and a right to experience radical self love through joyful exploration in therapy.
