JOIN US IN OCTOBER FOR A CHANCE TO CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS FOR GOOD.
You’ve seen it happen.
Maybe it happened to you.
A client hits a plateau, gets discouraged, and quits.
Another loses the weight, then gains it back — plus some — a year later.
You know fitness is about more than a number, but the industry keeps handing you the same weight-loss-first playbook.
Maybe you've heard about "weight-neutral" or "Health at Every Size" approaches and thought:
Interesting, but is this actually practical?
Will it work for my business?
Can I really coach this way and still get results my clients want?
You don't have to choose between evidence-based practice and ditching diet culture. This workshop shows you how to do both.
Beyond Before and After: Building a Fitness Business for the Long Term
This is a 3-hour, hands-on workshop led by a registered dietitian/personal trainer, and a licensed therapist/intuitive eating coach — built for trainers, coaches, and studio owners who want to build a practice (and a client base) that sticks around for years, not one season.
This isn't a philosophy lecture. It's a working session on what to actually say, do, and change — starting the next day you're on the gym floor.
What You'll Walk Away With:
Why weight-neutral works — the research behind why focusing on behaviors, not body size, produces better long-term outcomes — and a more sustainable business
What it looks like in practice — how to structure sessions, set goals, and measure progress without making weight the metric that matters
How to talk about bodies and fitness — language that builds trust instead of shame, and how to navigate client conversations about weight, food, and appearance with confidence
Who This Is For:
Personal trainers and coaches who sense the before-and-after model has an expiration date — for clients, their business, and themselves
Studio owners shaping the culture their staff and clients experience
Fitness professionals who are weight-neutral curious — you don't need to already be sold on HAES, you just need to be open :)
This isn't for you if you're looking for a clinical deep-dive into eating disorder treatment (that's a different training) — this is about your day-to-day coaching practice and business. We can definitely point you in the right direction for resources, and are available for consulting if this the direction you want to go in.
